Free Online Dymo-Style Embossed Labels Generator

By Cattie Coyle 2 Comments

My family had one of those cool Dymo label makers back in the 70s, and I so wish whoever threw it out would have kept it. What seemed so dated and uncool in the 80s is now fabulous again (as is the case with pretty much everything). I love the look (and feel) of those labels, so I was very excited when I got an email from Antoniu of the blog Fuzzimo, announcing his new online label maker and had to immediately give it a try. It is fabulous. You just type in your text, select text size and label color (blue, black, green or red), and voila! your label is ready.

I downloaded a few and started decorating various items around the house with them. I just used regular printer paper and double sided tape, because I couldn’t find any removable labels in the house, so they don’t have that stiff plastic feel that the real Dymo labels have, but they look great! And are 100% less expensive than my regular Brother label maker tapes.

Love the way you present your photos with the faux tape (like they are up on your wall). So creative! And thanks for the tip with these labels 🙂
